Dear Editor
I visited Indian High Commission Islamabad for Visa to participate in World Social Forum Mumbai 2004. The High Com authorities behaviour was non cooperative with every one. They refussed us to issue visa for the subject
forum, we have all the documents for issuance of a visa.
Plz assign the task to some one to work on this issue. both the govt announcing different facilitaies, but we could not saw any thing for poor man of the both countries.
