In 1994 i picked up an issue of crime from a book store in multan pakistan.i was worried and very irritated from  different govt`s offices.as a farmer and progressive agriculturist i was concerned about high quality performance of agriculture sector.i bought seed from the govt of punjab seed corporation khanewal for my fellow farmers and for myself..i was very keen to get good quality  and out put from my crops and feelow farmers`s fields as well.seed was bogus and during an investigation which was held by the high official enquiry board supervised by the primeminister`s secretariate on my expression of grief in different way.i came to know during that investigation procedure that there was involvement of high profile politicians and high grade officials of the seed corporation. The enquiry was very clear but i got a letter instead of my 1.8 million rupees saying, that we had demoted a clerk who was involved in this case.it was a big loss for me ,my family ,for my farmers and additionally a loss of confidence in govt institutions.that was a turning point of a farmer to journalist.i decided to join journalism to eradicate those problems and wished to make people aware of that situation. It was easy to join journalism because i had a degree in the relevant field, and i felt very comfortable communicating my feelings to the people.i started writing to disclose many issues related to agriculture and which were directly concerned to farmers.Even the chairman of a task force of a province was involved in selling adutrated pesticides and uncertified seeds.when i wrote such articles in `thecrime` which was being published from multan pakistan,it disturbed high profile society whom were involved in these matters. They started tyranny towards me,my family, and that was start of problems for my life. But i sustained it by moving from city to city and one house to another. In the mean time people appriciated my writing as well,so i satrted my work with  more heartiness and disclosed many people involved in murder cases, honour killings of their daughters, and corruption of many high ranked officials. It made a terrible situation for me and my family.one of member of the provincial assembly tried to kill me during one of attackes to me and when i managed to escaped they incinerated my father`s house.Even in this situation i did not stop the circulation of my magazine  in which i published his involvement in an honour killing where he protected a father and put the blame on  two innocent  people.my investigative report revealed facts to the public and that article compelled the police to release those innocent people. But i admit i could not do anything more to force the police to arrest the genuine murderers and the powerful man behind that murder because they were/they are powerful.

But those reports put me in trouble because they were a new type of journalism in the history of pakistan.journalists normally only published the stories and even they have some clues for the case, they cash it.But i did not even accept the minister`s threat to quit my job or stories.i was keen to disclose hidden stories in the miserable life of people in pakistan.Mistakenly i joined a daily newspaper while i was working on the magazine as well.I joined as general manager and the newspaper owner/chief editor saw me as following business career and he supposed me to be normal journalist whom they could use for their benefits but they were wrong.i became a hurdle for them to print false stories .And i also did not comply with them to bring a certain amount from the innocent public by blackmailing them. There were great opportunities to get a lot of money and benefits from govt offices to protect them and also from 30-40 reporters by alocating them in their choice beat.i tried them for quality journalism but they were dirty traders.in the mean time one drug gang was caught due to my efforts and that was the end of my struggle with in that paper.they detained me and got my resignation and the next day they printed that i had resigned by my own will. Then i got many problems as that gang was really very powerful and they did not spare us there.i was again in `the crime` only. They did not murder me because many high officials knew that i was the source of that case. But they threatened to kill me and they will do the same to my family that they had done to

i have only told this long  story because i want to share it with visitors of this site and also want to explain journalism. Now i am in the United Kingdom with my innocent children.Journalism is not an easy job but it is a rewarding job,but this reward one can get from allah.opinions  in newspapers and magazines alsways effect the people, high profile personalities, international communities and can change the fate of the nations. In pakistan journalism became a slave of politicans and the army and they said what they got from them, that’s why pakistan is going on decline and in slumps.
